A Morning moment
The swallows dart swiftly by
An eagle swoops in the distance
A direct catch and off it goes
to enjoy its catch.
Beautiful colors of green, orange, brown and blue
On a crisp winter morn
The river, a lovely turquoise
as it flows from the mountain to the ocean.
Children's shrieks, a delight
as they play in the morning sun.
With havelocks on, feet arunning
A white butterfly flies at me, and into my moment.

ABOUT
READY WRITER
The author rediscovered her love for writing later in life and realized that it was still not too late to do things that are uniquely hers. It had taken decades for her to arrive at this moment.
Her career spanned a few decades where she has been a publisher, writer, teacher and a couch potato. She is now trying to be less of a coach potato.
The journals in the series A Moment in Time follow her own timeline of pause, rediscovery, healing, cherishing and finally attempting a direction that she hopes will be uniquely hers.
